ALLAHU AKBAR : الله اكبر
This statement is said by Muslims numerous times. During the call for prayer, during prayer, when they are happy, and wish to express their approval of what they hear, when they slaughter an animal, and when they want to praise a speaker, Muslims do say this expression of Allahu Akbar. Actually it is most said expression in the world. It’s meaning: “Allah is the Greatest.” Muslims praise Allah in every aspect of life; and as such they say Allahu Akbar.

ALLAH; Praise to Him in His Highness
Allah: The God
"Allah" is the name which God has chosen for Himself, as stated in Verse 9 of Surat Al-Naml (Chapter 27), and in Verse 14 of Chapter 20 of the Holy Quran. He is the Creator of life, Who is worshiped by His creations as an expression of gratitude for His blessings, which include life, care, provision, and the promise of everlasting life in the hereafter for the righteous believers among them.

He did not beget (give birth) and He was not begotten (given birth to). This means that He has no wife, sons, daughters, father, or mother (Surat Al-Ikhlas, Chapter 112, Verse 3).
And there has never been anyone equal to Him. This means that nobody has ever been equal to Him in appearance or capabilities but believers aspire to have as much of His characteristics as they can, as mentioned above (Surat Al-Ikhlas, Chapter 112, Verse 4).

Ibn Ishaq says that while dying Abu Talib’s lips were in motion. Abbas who was an unbeliever till then put his ear to the lips and then said to the Prophet that he was reciting the KALIMA the Prophet had wanted of him.
- Ibn Hisham, Cairo Edition, p 146 (as quoted by Shibli Numani) A similar tradition is as follows ...

How could all these qualities be demonstrated in one individual? Indeed, when we speak of Ali, son of Abu Talib, cousin and son-in-law of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), all these and more can be said of him.
As the youngest son of Abu Talib's large family, Ali was brought up by the Prophet himself. The Prophet's (pbuh) tutelage from early childhood helped cultivate these extraordinary qualities in him., Ali is known as the first child to accept Islam and was so well respected and admired by the Prophet that he married the most beloved daughter of the Prophet, the beautiful Fatimah, when she was 18 and Ali was 21 and had by her three sons, Hassan, Hussain, Muhassin. He was the fourth Khalifah and reigned from AH 35 to AH 40.
They lived a simple and humble life together. Ali earned his living with manual labor and they lived simply and most frugally. Faced with extreme poverty, they exhibited humanitarianism, charity, self-sacrifice, and self-denial almost unparalleled in the history of Islam. They preferred to go without their meager meals, albeit they were fasting for three days, rather than refuse beggars at their door.
Ali was so well loved and respected by the Holy Prophet (pbuh) that he was chosen to carry the message of Islam to the people of Yemen, where earlier Muslim missionaries had failed. It is said that due to his extreme grace, eloquence, intelligence, and persuasion, the tribe of Hamdan embraced Islam immediately. He was able to popularize Islam in many beforehand hostile regions. He was struck with a poisoned sword by Ibu Maljam at Al Kufah, and died after three days, aged fifty nine years.
Al-A’RAF
The partition between heaven and hell described n the Quran, Surah vii (44) and the title of Surah vii.
Sura Al-A'raf ( "The Heights") is the seventh sura of the Qur'an, with 206 verses. It is a Meccan sura. Its final verse, verse 206, requires a sajdah, or prostration.
Al-A'raf is one of the most detailing Surah about the origins of creation and revealing prophecies about the judgment day, it starts by telling us how Satan made our ancestors Adam and Eve to leave heaven and all of the three came down to earth and from that point Satan became the number one enemy for humanity, and how he refused to obey God and asked him to keep him alive to show him the vulnerability of this new creature the Human being, the Surah then starts by telling us how Satan misled thousands of populations over time and gives us examples of some prophets who suffered in order to gain their lost companions to the right path.
Then the Surah says that every community or people that will come on earth will think that they are better than those before and thus better the examples cited above, but in fact those who will not believe in God, or got misled by Satan from the right path will have the same punishment, Hell, and people have to pay attention because Satan and his people can see you but you can't.
It also reveals that prophecies about the coming of Muhammad were present in the Jewish law and Gospel.7:157

It is believed to have been followed by the Mi'raj, his ascension to heaven. According to some of the Hadith scholars this journey is believed to have taken place just over a year before Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم ) migrated to from Makka to Madina, on the 27th of Rajab.

Aqeedah refers to those matters which are believed in, with certainty and conviction, in one’s heart and soul.
Correct Aqeeda is the most important thing in Islam. It is what a person takes as a religion. It is said, 'he has a good Aqeedah' meaning, having right beliefs. Aqeedah is an action of the heart, which is to believe and affirm something in the heart. It is also called as Iman or articles of Iman or Article of faith.
As Aqeedah is most important part of Islam and of a Muslim life, it has been dealt very clearly in quranic Ayats and ahadith.
Six Articles of Faith
There are six basic Aqeeda or article of faith (Iman) and these are to believe in
1. Allah, 2.His angels, 3.His Books, 4.His Messengers, 5.In coming to life after death (resurrection) the Day of Judgment, 6. And in that the fate good and bad is predetermined by Allah (Some books have separated life after death and Day of Judgment as separate number and it makes total number to seven)
These six articles of belief has been described in clear words in Quranic Ayats and has been sum up in the Hadith of Jibraeel that is in Bukhari and Muslim shareef both.

ARAFAT or ARAFAH
The “Mount of Recognition” situated twelve miles from Makkah; the place where the pilgrims stay on the ninth day of the pilgrimage and recite the mid-day and after-noon prayers, and hear the Khutbah or Sermon. Muslims believe that angels are spiritual beings who perform special tasks. Islam teaches that angels, calledal-malaikah in Arabic, were created by Allah to worship Him and to carry out special duties both in heavenly and earthly life. Belief in these angels is an important aspect of a Muslim's faith, just as it is in Judeo-Christian tradition. Muslims know the names and responsibilities of some angels.

1-Hafazas (Guardian angels) - In the Quran, it says, “For each (person), there are angels in succession, before and behind him. They guard him by the Command of Allah." (Quran 13:10). Each person is assigned with four Hafazas, two of which keep watch during the day and two during the night They will be used to determine if the person is worthy of admission into Jannah (paradise).

2-Raqib and Atid, (Kiraman Katibin ie Honorable Scribes)- In addition, two guardian angels are assigned to each person to record all deeds from the age of puberty on. "(Remember) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions. Not a word does he (or she) utter but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it)." (Qur'an 50:16-18) In another verse (85:11), these angels are referred to as Kiraman Katibin, or "honorable scribes."
3-Jibreel (Gabriel) - bJibreel has the highest status of all angels. He is Allah's messenger to the prophets, sometimes taking the form of a man. Many Muslim scholars conclude that Jibreel is the Holy Spirit (Ruh al-Qudus and Ruh al-Ameen) mentioned in various verses of the Qur'an.

Although some texts claim the Angel of Death's actual name is Izrael (Azrael), this is not confirmed by either the Qur'an or hadith.
7-Malik (Keeper of Hell) - The Qur'an teaches that 19 angels are assigned to guard the Hell fire. Among them, Malik has highest rank'
8-Ridwan (Keeper of Paradise) - Ridwan stands guard over Heaven. By Allah's permission, he and other angels will welcome believers into Paradise.
9-Munkar and Nakeer (Questioners of the Grave) - After death, these two angels question souls in the grave about their faith and their deeds.
10-Harut and Marut (Angels of Babylon) -The Qur'an (2:102) relates an account of two angels named Harut and Marut who were sent to the people of Babylon to test their faith by teaching them black magic. Although black magic is strictly forbidden in Islam, some Babylonians chose sorcery over obedience to Allah.

AMAL-NAMAH

The Persian word for Sahifatu’l’Amail or record of actions kept by the recording angels. These angels are referred to as Kiraman and Katibin, or "honorable scribes."

AQIQAH

A custom observed in Islam on the birth of a child; namely, leaving the hair on the infants head until the seventh day, when it is shaved, animals are sacrificed, namely, two sheep for a boy and one for a girl.

In Islamic terminology Aqiqah is defined as sacrifice of an animal which is held after the child is born. The word aqiqah comes from the Arabic word 'aq which means to cut. Some attribute this to the child's first haircut, while others say that it refers to the slaughtering of the animal to provide meat for the meal.Pronunciation: ah-kee-ka
After the birth of a child, Muslim parents often host the aqiqah, or welcoming celebration, at their home or a community center. Being bestowed a child is a great blessing from the Creator. Another purpose is inviting family members, neighbors, and friends to celebrate the blessed occasion. The poor should be included in the celebration by offering them food and meat served on this There is no religious consequence for not holding an aqiqah; it is a "sunnah" tradition but is not required.
The preferable method for Aqiqah is that it should be preformed on the seventh day if not then the 14th or 21st and so on. Some scholars have said that this can be carried on till the child has become mature and say Aqiqah can be performed then. However after this period performing Aqiqah is irrelevant. Some scholars given the Fatwa that Aqiqah is valid till the day of ones death. If someone after becoming an adult performs his own Aqiqah, according to some scholars it is not valid but according to some scholars it’s permissible as it is also understood form Fadhul Bari.
The condition of the animals in Aqiqah is the same as the conditions for the animals in Qurbani. The animals to be slaughtered must be a goats, cows or camels. For camels, it must be older than 6 years, for cows the age must be older than 3 years and for goats, it must be older than 2 years. They must be free from any form of handicap such as being blind, sick, limp or undernourished. The animals must be slaughtered in the appropriate humane ways. One third of the meat is given away to the poor, and the rest is served in a large community meal with relatives, friends, and neighbors.
In addition to prayers and well-wishes for the baby, the aqiqah is also a time when the child's hair is first cut or shaved, and its weight in gold or silver is given as a donation to the poor.

Traditionally, Ashura commemorates two events: the day Nuh(عليه السلام) (Noah) left the ark and the day Musa(عليه السلام) (Moses) was saved from the Egyptians by Allah.

Satan is the source of evil and he always tries to misguide and mislead people. The Qur’an states that Satan is not an angel but a member of the Jinn, which are spiritual beings created by Allah. So the belief that Satan is a fallen angel is rejected in Islam.

"The Prophet of God said, - When a corpse is placed in its grave, two black angels come to it, with blue eyes. The name of the one is Munkur and of the other Nakir, The angels will then say, -We knew thou wouldst say so; and the grave will thee; expand seventy times seventy yards in length, and seventy times seventy in breath. A light will then be given for the grave, and it will be said, 'Sleep.' Then the dead person will say,' SHAAL I RETURN TO MY BREtTHREN AND INFORM THEM OF THIS?' Then the angels will say, 'Sleep like the bridegroom, till God shall raise thee up from the grave on the Day of Resurrection.'

AZAN / ADHAN
Literally means “announcement.”
The call or summons to public prayers proclaimed by the Mu'azzin (or crier) - in small mosques from the side of the building or at the door, and in large mosques from the minaret.

The AZAN calls Muslims to prayer. Although it consists of few words, it covers the essentials of faith, expresses Islamic practices, is a form of worship, and one of Islams collective symbols that shows that the place in which it is made is a Muslim land. It is made at the beginning of each prescribed prayers time, and should be made by the man who can perform it in the best way possible.

Even if one is performing the prayer alone, he or she is strongly advised to make it before beginning to pray.

The words of AZAN are as follows:

Allâhu Akbar "Allah is the Greatest" (4 times)

Ashhadu an lâ ilâha illallah
"I attest that there is no god but Allah" (twice)

Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasûlullâh
"I attest that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah" (twice)

Hayya ala's-salâh "Come to prayer" (twice)

Hayya ala'1-falâf "Come to salvation" (twice)

Allâhu Akbar "Allah is the Greatest" (twice)

La ilâha illallah "There is no god but Allah." (Once)

The AZAN for the dawn (early morning) prayer includes as-salatu khayrun minan-nawm (Prayer is better than sleep [twice]) after hayya alal-falah (Come on, to salvation). Gods Messenger highly recommends that we pray after making the AZAN.
