KHALQAH, (CREATION)
Allah says in surat Ad-Dukhan, what can be translated as, "We have not created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, for mere play, We created them not except with truth, but most of the do not know." Also Allah says in surat Al-Anbiya’, what can be translated as, "We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them for mere play. If we wanted to create aimless things, we would have done it if we were going to do (that)."
The universe as a whole is a creation of Allah that created it for a purpose. (Verses 38-39),
The universe is subjected to certain absolute laws that Allah made according to certain predestination prescribed by Allah. He says in surat Yasseen, (Verses 37-40)
The universe is ruled and watched over by Allah : Allah , who made the laws of the universe, is still ruling it and watching over it. Allah says in surat Al-Hajj, (Verse 65)

Circumcision is held to be Sunnah or founded upon the customs of the and dating its institution from the time of Abraham. It is recommended to be performed upon a boy between the ages of seven and twelve, but it is lawful to circumcise a child seven days after his birth. Khitaan is a noun describing the action of the circumciser (khaatin). The one who is uncircumcised is called aghlaf or aqlaf.
Al-Bukhaari (6298) and Muslim (2370) narrated that Abu Hurayrah said: The prophet Muhammad said: “Prophet Ibraaheem circumcised himself when he was eighty years old, and he circumcised himself with an adze.
With regard to a man, he cannot be clean from urine unless he is circumcised, because drops of urine collect underneath the foreskin and he cannot be sure that they will not drip and make his clothes and body impure. Hence ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Abbaas was very strict on the issue of circumcision. Imam Ahmad said: Ibn ‘Abbaas was very strict on this matter, and it was narrated that there is no Hajj and no prayer for him, i.e., if a person is not circumcised his Hajj and prayer are not valid. Al-Mughni, 1/115.
