TAHAJJUD Tahajjud (Night Prayers) (from hajjada) means 'awake at night. Tahajjud Prayers also named 'Witr' or ''Qiyam al-Layl' means 'standing at night.' Both terms refer to the voluntary night prayer. This starts after the Isha prayer up to the time of Fajr prayer. There is a hadith narrated by 'aisha (Radillahu t'ala anha) that Prophet used to perform 8 rakah+3rakah. Tahajjud prayer is when a sleep and wakeup in the Middle of the Night and offer even number and it should be ended with odd number. you may know taraweeh it is 8 rakah (there is difference of opinions in the scholars ie 8 to 20) well, when these rakah is Offered before sleep it is called Taraweeh if offered after having some sleep called tahajjud. Witr is odd numbers such as 1, 3 etc it should be the last salaah of all your sallah according to hadith. So if you make Isahha salah and offer witr and sleep and pray tahjjud then you again have to pray 1 rakah for witr.Qiyaam al-layl means spending the night, or part of it, even if it is only one hour, in prayer, reading Qur’aan, remembering Allah (dhikr) and other acts of worship. It is not stipulated that it should take up most of the night.

TILAWAT/ TILAWA Word means 'sacred reading' or 'reading continuously' Tilawat Recitation or reading the extracts or portions from the Holy Qur'an either in Mosques or at homes seeking His mercy and peace for the humankind.
Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-As (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, “The one who was devoted to the the Qur'an will be told on the Day of Resurrection: `Recite and ascend (in ranks) as you used to recite when you were in the world. Your rank will be at the last Ayah you recite.”’
The rewards of reciting the Quran are many. An authentic hadith in At-Tirmithee states: Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allah, he will have a reward. And that reward will be multiplied by ten. I am not saying that “Alif, Laam, Meem” is a letter, rather I am saying that “Alif” is a letter, “laam” is a letter and “meem” is a letter.” So increase your recitation of the Qur’an to gain these merits

TARAAWIH Taraawih (special night prayer offered in the holy month of Ramadaan) is, by consensus, Sunnat-e-Muakkadah (emphasised, regular Sunnah) for both men and women. It is impermissible to abandon it. Its Jama'at is Sunnat-e-Kifaayah i.e. an obligation which will be fulfilled if offered by some arranging Jama'at in mosque. Otherwise all will be sinner. Omitted, missed Taraawih prayer can not be offered later.
